General Responsibilities
Experienced and highly motivated Customer Contact Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a contact center. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional customer experience by optimizing processes, coaching team members, and monitoring key performance metrics. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field (preferred).
Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; demonstrated management and supervisory skills; strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and technologies; analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions; proficiency in using contact center software and tools; problem-solving and conflict resolution; team leadership and performance management; multitasking and time management; customer-focused mindset.
Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years' experience in a related position is normally required.
