Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST
Event Description:

Join us for a full day of hands-on history exploring indigenous hunting tools and techniques!

Special Guest: Drew Shuptar-Rayvis (Pekatawas MakataweU “Black Corn”), Cultural Ambassador of the Pocomoke Indian Nation, will be on-site demonstrating traditional stone tool-making. Watch as he expertly crafts arrowheads using percussion and pressure flaking techniques, and try your hand at it too! Drew will also showcase a variety of authentic stone arrowheads and discuss their cultural and historical significance.

Archery for All Ages! Take aim with live archery sessions throughout the day! We provide bows for everyone, from toddlers to adults, so the whole family can experience the thrill of letting arrows fly. Learn about the evolution of bow technology and test your skills in a safe, supportive environment.
